Passport Collection

Dear Applicant,

Please note that the envelope containing your passport is sealed at the British High Commission, Pretoria. Please do not accept an opened or tampered with envelope and kindly report such cases immediately in person to the Application Centre Manager, by email to feedback@vfs-uk-za.com or by telephone on + 27 11 783 4675. If you wish to have your sealed envolope collected by a representative or agent kindly send your acknowledgement receipt and an authority letter signed by you authorising this, please click here to download an authority letter. Kindly note that without an authority letter and acknowledgement receipt we will not be able to hand over the envelope to the representative or agent.
