Application submission: Monday - Friday 08:00-15:00,

Passport collection: Monday - Friday 10:00-15:00

Please note: Anyone collecting on behalf of the applicant must present the original receipt, a signed letter of authorization from the applicant and an acceptable form of ID.

Local transport information

Parking: There is limited parking available outside the visa application centre. Some parking areas are monitored where a fee is payable. Parking at the visa application centre is at the owner's risk.

Security Information

All visitors to the visa application centre are security checked before entering the building. Laptops, kindles, i-pads and similar electronic devices are not allowed within the premises. Mobile phones are allowed within the premises but must be switched off. Fire arms or weapons of any kind are not allowed and we have no facility to store these while your application is being processed.

Data Protection Act

The Data Protection Act prevents the UK Border Agency and VFS from providing information about an application to anybody other than the individual visa applicant or their authorised representative.
