Parking: There is limited parking available outside the
visa application centre. Some parking areas are monitored where
a fee is payable. Parking at the visa application centre is
at the owner's risk.

Border Agency at the British High Commission will not be able
to assist you with enquiries on the status of your application.
Customers with disabilities
The British Government is keen to ensure that visa application
centers are fully accessible to disabled members of the public.

Security Information
All visitors to the visa application centre will undergo a security
check before they are allowed into the building. Mobile phones
are allowed within the premises but must be switch off. Fire arms
or weapons of any kind are not allowed and we have no facility
to store these while your application is being processed.
Public holiday closures
The UK Border Agency will close on the following days in 2010
