    UK Border Agency produce guidance explaining who has the right of appeal if their visa or other entry clearance for the United Kingdom (UK) has been refused. If you are refused you will get a refusal notice which states if you have the right of appeal and how to make such an appeal.

    Where to send appeals

    You may send appeals by Post to either:

    Please do not send your appeal to both addresses
