The applicant's passport number should be used as the beneficiary reference to pay by cash at the designated bank. If the reference number differs from the applicant's passport number, the processing time of the application would increase. You are required to complete an individual pay-slip for each applicant. Please ensure that the application is submitted at the UK Border Agency visa application centre immediately upon payment of the visa fee. The acknowledgement of the visa fee payment will be valid for 15 working days from the date of payment of such fee and applicants must ensure to submit their applications within this period.

Dependants are charged the same fee as the main applicant. All dependants who are travelling must pay the fee whether or not they are included in the main applicant's passport. The visa application fee reflects the administrative costs of processing an application and is not refundable if your application is refused. If a payment has been made and the application is not submitted, or if the applicant refuses to provide biometric details with their application, then we will refund the fee.

These fees are effective for all visa applications made from 11 January 2010.
The consular rate of exchange is 1 GBP = 12.5 ZAR. Please note the visa fees are subject to change.
