Please note that the envelope containing your passport is sealed
at the UK Border Agency at the British High Commission, Pretoria.
Please do not accept an envelope which has been opened or tampered
with. You should report such cases immediately in person to the
visa application centre manager, by email to feedback@vfs-uk-za.com.
If you wish to have your sealed envelope collected by a representative
or agent, send your acknowledgement receipt and an authority letter
signed by you authorising this. Please
click here to download an authority letter. Pease note
that without an authority letter and acknowledgement receipt we
will not be able to hand over the envelope to the representative
or agent.
